RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The return period is 1 week/ 7 days. Returns/Cancellation requests received after 7 days of receiving the package will be rejected.
To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the pouch and freebie if any.
No Returns or Refunds applicable for Special request order, Bulk Order or customized order, giveaways, free gifts, discounts or promotional/SALE items. Also not applicable for any item that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In case of return/cancellation after delivery and for reasons other than damage or fulfillment errors, the customer will be responsible to send/courier back the product.
If you receive a faulty or wrong product due to our negligence, we will bear the return courier charges. Else, the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.
In case of damage while transportation - we offer only replacement of products originally ordered.
Important: Please try and understand that there is a cost attached to shipping the product back and forth. We are bound to charge the return price because the courier partner will charge us the amount for return irrespective of the reason for exchange.
How to return Dr. Patkar’s Product
In an unlikely case if your item arrives damaged, you should:
- Send us an email with photos of the damaged product immediately within 24 hours of receipt. You can also email us about any damaged product at email@example.com.Any request referring to above received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Based on your location, we may arrange for return pick-up or ask you to return the product in its original packaging to below address:

- Once the return pick-up is confirmed, please keep the package ready with all tags, invoices, boxes that came with the original packaging. Returns may be declined if
- Keep it ready for pick up, our courier partner will pick-up the item within 5-7 working days once the request to return is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once received, the returns package will be inspected for further processing. We will send you an email/SMS as confirmation of returns received. We will also notify with the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 7 working days. Please check the bank account used to make the payment before contatcting. For any queries regarding return and refund, you can reach out to us at email@example.com
Order cancellations can be accepted only before the item is shipped. We would not be able to cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.
