It’s time to ring in the New Year; we all look forward to this day with great excitement and an extended celebration from Christmas Eve, to New Year. It is a season of gifting to all our loved ones or playing secret Santa with our 9 AM to 6 PM family.
Many of us also wonder how quick the year passed and look at all our happy times or sad times of the year. Generally, all of us begin each year with a particular resolution to make the change which helps us improve. Our main motto is “NEW YEAR, A NEW YOU”.
However, we often forget our resolution, lead our routine daily activities and again find ourselves ringing the New Year with the same resolution.

- To add more vegetables to your routine. If you’re not a big veggie fan then we have a simple trick for you, start one vegetable per meal!!
- · Plan a day to reduce fried food in a week.
- · Replace fried chicken to shallow fried chicken. If potatoes are your most favorite then you can have them boiled along with skin with a zing of pepper and black salt.
- Tip #3 Befriend the old friend – Water

· Play your favorite sport.
Tip #5 Reduce stress
Always keep ten minutes as “ME TIME” where you could just pick your favorite book. Listen to the book as reading may not be possible always while traveling or listen to your favorite music or simple Meditate!!!!
