World Cancer Day, on February 4 is a day to unite in the fight against cancer, make people aware of cancer & to encourage its prevention, detection & treatment. The primary goal of this day is to reduce this illness & death caused due to cancer.
Our body is made up of million cells. Cancer can start when just one of them begins to grow and multiply too much. It develops when the body's normal control mechanism stops working. Old cells do not die and instead grow out of control, forming new, abnormal cells. These extra cells may form a mass of tissue, called a tumor.
Cancer is a biggest killer worldwide. To spread the special messages about the cancer awareness and its prevention, we should take initiative and organize camps, awareness programs, seminars etc. Common people should be our main target as through them we can spread the message & get more control over the illness.
During such programs, people are targeted to let them know about the risk factors causing the cancer such as tobacco use, overweight or obese, low fruit or vegetable intake, less or no physical activity, alcohol use, sexual transmission infection, air pollution, indoor smoke, genetic risk factors, etc.
No one must die of cancer except out of carelessness: 5 steps to avoid cancer
(1) First step is to stop all sugar intake, without sugar in your body, cancer cell would die a natural death.
