Where there is a will, There is a way.
How to manage your craving
1)Call someone you believe in.
2) Take a walk or jog. If you do not have the time, try some deep breathing. Physical activity, in short time, can help to make you feel energetic and get over a craving.
3)Keep your mouth busy. Keep saunf, laung or elaichi in your mouth. Drinking water also works.
4)Wait 15 minutes. Challenge yourself to read a magazine, listen to music, or play your favourite game for 15 minutes.
5) Do something else. When a craving hits, stop what you're doing immediately and do something else. Simply changing your routine can help you shake off a craving.
There is another way to celebrate. That is for those who have quit! It is a great time to let them know you are proud of them and their continued status as a non-smoker. No matter how you choose to celebrate just make the leap of faith and go for it!
